Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to consultation services booked through AstroTamal.com, operated under the trade name GANESH KRIPA ASTRO CONSULTANCY.

By booking and paying for a consultation through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Our Services

GANESH KRIPA ASTRO CONSULTANCY provides astrology consultation and related guidance services through scheduled appointments.

Consultations may be provided through the communication method specified during the booking process, including audio/telephone consultation where applicable.

2. Consultation Fees

The consultation fee is displayed on the website before the customer proceeds with payment.

The customer is responsible for reviewing the selected consultation type, date, time, and applicable fee before completing the payment.

Once the payment is successfully completed and the consultation is confirmed, the booking becomes subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. No Refund After Consultation

Once the consultation has been provided or completed, the consultation fee is non-refundable.

Customers cannot request a refund after the consultation has been completed based on dissatisfaction with the consultation, personal expectations, interpretation, advice, or outcome of the consultation.

Because consultation is a personalized service delivered specifically for the customer, a completed consultation cannot be returned or reversed.

4. Cancellation Before Consultation

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they are unable to attend a scheduled consultation.

Cancellation or rescheduling requests made before the scheduled consultation may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and the applicable booking conditions.

A cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

5. Rescheduling

Where reasonably possible, a customer may request to reschedule an upcoming consultation before the scheduled appointment time.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation by GANESH KRIPA ASTRO CONSULTANCY.

Once a consultation has already been completed, rescheduling is not applicable.

6. If We Are Unable to Provide the Consultation

If GANESH KRIPA ASTRO CONSULTANCY is unable to provide a confirmed consultation due to circumstances attributable to us, we may, at our discretion:

• Offer an alternative consultation date or time; or
• Provide an appropriate refund where the consultation cannot reasonably be rescheduled.

Any refund in such circumstances will be considered based on the specific circumstances of the booking.

7. Payment Failure

If a payment attempt fails and the booking is not successfully confirmed, the customer will not be considered to have a completed consultation booking.

If an amount has been debited from the customer's bank account or payment method despite the payment being shown as failed, the transaction may be reviewed using the payment gateway transaction information.

Any eligible amount received by us without a corresponding successful booking may be processed or refunded as appropriate after verification.

8. Duplicate Payments

If a customer is charged more than once for the same consultation due to a technical or payment processing error, the duplicate transaction may be reviewed and, after verification, the eligible duplicate amount may be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers should contact us with the relevant transaction or payment reference details when reporting a duplicate payment.

9. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be initiated to the original payment method used for the transaction.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's bank account, card, UPI account, or other payment method may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or financial institution.

We do not control the processing time of the customer's bank or payment provider after a refund has been initiated.

10. Payment Gateway

Online payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorized payment service provider displayed during checkout.

Payment processing is subject to the applicable terms, policies, and technical procedures of the payment service provider.

We do not store sensitive payment authentication information such as card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking passwords.

11. Non-Refundable Situations

A refund will generally not be provided in the following situations:

• The consultation has already been completed.
• The customer is dissatisfied with the interpretation or advice provided during the consultation.
• The customer's personal expectations or desired outcome is not achieved.
• The customer changes their mind after the consultation has been completed.
• The customer does not agree with the consultation or guidance provided.
• The customer provides incorrect or incomplete information for the consultation.
• The customer fails to attend the scheduled consultation without contacting us in advance.

12. Service-Related Concerns

If you have a concern regarding a consultation that has not yet been completed, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the matter.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate service-related issues fairly and appropriately.

13. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation Review

For eligible payment, cancellation, duplicate payment, or service-related requests, please contact us with the following information:

• Registered email address
• Mobile number
• Booking ID, if available
• Payment or transaction ID
• Reason for the request

14. Important Notice

Payment for a consultation represents payment for a scheduled professional service. Once the consultation has been delivered or completed, the consultation fee is final and non-refundable.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
